A major drug ring in the Midlands has ended with charges being brought against 19 people. Attorney Strom Thurmond, Jr. says the "Jintropin (Gensci Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.)" defendants were arrested Wednesday morning following the return of two sealed indictments by a federal grand jury.
Beginning at around 5:30am Wednesday, about 120 law enforcement officers from various federal, state and local law enforcement agencies began executing "Anabolika Definition" 19 arrest warrants and 11 search warrants at various locations in the Midlands.
The two sealed indictments were returned on February 18th following a two year investigation by agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA); the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED); the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigations (IRS CI) and the Richland Country Sheriff's Department (RCSD), assisted by the United States Marshals Service, the Columbia Police Testosterone Enanthate Vs Trenbolone Acetate Department, the Orangeburg County Sheriff's Department, the Orangeburg Department of Public Safety, Temps D'Action Deca Durabolin the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the Sumter County Sheriff's Department, the Sumter Police Department and the "Anadrol 50" Humane Society/SPCA of the Midlands.
The first sealed indictment charged 12 defendants with participation in a conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribution of 5 "Oxandrolone Powder India" kilograms or more of cocaine. The defendants charged in that indictment, which was unsealed on Wednesday, are: RANDALL LEE DANIELS, age 40, of Swansea, South Carolina, ALVIN QUINTON POYNER, III, age 38, of Columbia, SC; DANIELLE W. GARDNER HILL, age 27, of Winstrol Tablets Price Swansea, SC; JODY BECKLEY STIVERS, age 32, of Columbia, South Carolina; SKEET K. GRANGER, age 42, of Swansea, SC; MYRON WESLEY HALL, age 45, of Irmo, SC; LINDA C. JOLLY, age 60, of Swansea, SC; EDWARD HURLBURT, age 37, of Lexington, SC; KRISTIE SHAWN LOWN, age 32, of West "Achat Anabolisant Belgique" Columbia, SC; WOODROW ANTHONY RAMSEY, age 43, of Columbia, SC; SHIVER HUTCHINSON, age 60, of Elloree, SC ; and NIGEL HOLLAND, age 34, of Columbia, SC.
The second indictment charges seven defendants with participation in a conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribution of 5 kilograms or more of cocaine and 50 grams or more of cocaine base. The defendants in that indictment include: ODELL QUATTLEBAUM, age 29, of Columbia, SC; TIMMOY ELLIS, age 27, of Columbia, SC; MARK THOMAS, age 26, of Myrtle Beach, SC; ALEXANDER WILLIAMS, age 29, of Columbia, SC; RHONDA HAGLER, age 27, of Columbia, SC; MARK CLAYTON BURTON, age 24, of Columbia, SC; and, ALLEN JAMISON, age 25, of Columbia, SC.
All of the defendants face a minimum sentence of ten years imprisonment and a maximum sentence of life imprisonment and a maximum fine of $4,000,000 on the conspiracy charge. Some of the defendants face possible additional sentences based on their prior felony drug convictions.
